Meet the Founder, Michelle Sinclair

With a BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University and a career that spans accounting, finance, and project management, I bring firsthand industry experience to every search I lead. I’ve worked in public accounting, real estate and construction, consumer packaged goods, and oil and gas, holding roles from payroll clerk to corporate controller. I’ve supported organizations with fewer than 10 employees and those with more than 50,000, serving in both individual contributor and leadership capacities.

Because I’ve sat in the seats for which I now recruit, I understand not only the technical requirements of the roles, but the operational pressures, growth challenges, and cultural nuances behind them. This depth and breadth of experience allow me to thoughtfully assess both client needs and candidate aspirations, creating placements that are aligned, strategic, and built to last.
